FOUNDATION PLASTERING (CEMENT FINISH)
At Farnsworth Foundation Cement Finish Plastering, my clients are my number one priority and we go the extra mile to make sure they’re completely satisfied. I go the extra mile to ensure that the foundation is smoothed off before applying the cement so that it is an even surface. I also texture the cement for a fine finish. I am able to repair cracks, holes and uneven surfaces created during the pouring or curing of the concrete.
FOUNDATION REPAIR
Over time, foundations have a tendency to erode and crack. I specialized in repairing damaged foundations by using extra strength mortar with polymers in cement and fill cracks with polyurethane so it doesn’t crack again and blocks out moisture.
STUCCO (ACRYLIC) FINISH
After the foundation is plastered (cement finish) I can go over the the foundation again with a second coat. This coat is performed with stucco and can be any color the customer desires. Stucco is more resilient to weathering and does not fade like cement does. Ask me about a stucco finish!
